Can you quote for me without architect drawings?
We will only be able to provide loose estimates without full architectural spec drawings as we cannot truly price without knowing material specs and dimensions.
If you have an idea of the size and brief of the extension or if you have pre-planning proposed plans we can provide parameter estimates but these may include a consultation fee.
Can you project manage for us?
We can project manage and supply all trades and materials from initial enquiry until handover, we usually recommend this service as it enables the project to run seamlessly and not only deliver on time but also provides the excellent finish that we pride ourselves on.
